📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping

• We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

• The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days , depending on the destination and the order load during peak season.

• Shipments are made through reliable courier companies to ensure your sweets arrive in perfect condition.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout and may vary depending on total weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 .

Returns

Since our products are perishable foods , we do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal taste.

However, if your order has arrived in poor condition, damaged, or with an error, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, by sending an email to detodaconfianza@gallerosartesanos.com, indicating:

• Order number

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

• Brief description of the problem

Once the case is verified, we will offer you a prompt solution, which may include a full refund or reshipment of the product at no additional cost .
